The above quote is a good summation of my time on earth, I’ve spent my time learning to adjust the sails to the ever-changing winds and currents of life and not just in business. As a son, brother, husband, father, peer, colleague, subordinate, friend and mentor, this has been my main focus to learn from others and teach what I learn to help as many people as possible. This is reflected in my leadership style both professionally and personally.

This journey has been marked with clear stepping stones through core competencies, strategic planning, enterprise methodologies and much more.  That has helped me drive successful information technology strategies, software development best practices, digital transformation and more recently artificial intelligence governance for my customers success. My unwavering focus remains on delivering value and impact to everyone in my life.

Whether leading large-scale initiatives or fostering innovation within smaller teams, I’ve aligned business strategies with global technical capabilities. Championed communities of excellence, while promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and general excellence from teams.  I’ve been a room mom, sat on advisory councils and supported my friends and family thought the many ups and downs the come in life.
